What can I say? Ooops. Yeah, that is just a typo that I never noticed until you pointed it out just now. I really can add. What happened is that at the time I originally wrote the
rules for the Rathor they had hide that provided them with a D.R.R. of -2 (back in 1989, I think it was). Since then a friend and I reworked the Rathor rules, adding the sublayer of cartilage
and consequently raising thier natural D.R.R. to -8. I just missed the addition. Sorry about the confusion.
